UK based, experienced in public(NASDAQ, TSX) and private ownership(GTCR, Vista Equity Partners, Thoma Bravo), initially running lines of business with full P&L ownership (from $2m to $100m), before moving into running corporate development, corporate venturing and corporate strategy functions. Involved in 25+ deals from origination, legals, due diligence to post acquisition integration, mainly software companies across EMEA geographies ranging from payments companies in the UK to treasury management software in Lebanon.

Originally a startup founder that sold to a public company, I’ve witnessed the whole spectrum of startup, growth, maturity and the challenges faced at each stage under private and public ownership with varying capital structures. Advised a range of companies, venture funds, angels and investors across fintech, medtech, asset management and recently Decentralised Finance, Decentralised Autonomous Organisations (DAOs) and other crypto ventures.

My differentiation is that I’ve been an operator, builder, analyst and acquirer, meaning I understand all aspects of a deal and have the ability to work and empathise with all parties to closure.
