I am a US-based management consultant with 10 years of experience advising clients across geographies, 6 of which were spent at McKinsey where I started my career. Most of my projects during my time at McKinsey were focused in the consumer, retail and life sciences sectors, and I worked with a mix of Fortune 500 companies as well as VC funded high growth startups with a focus on data driven decision making. My most recent full time position was with the Corporate Strategy team at eBay. The team is a highly nimble organization reporting directly to the CEO and working on projects sanctioned by the board or the C-Suite. My work impacted multiple areas of the firm. Examples of my work at eBay include : •Leading a project to revamp our logistics offerings to sellers to better compete against top tier e-commerce players. Examples include initiatives to help sellers ship items within 24 hours, as well as using AI to prioritize items with lower shipping costs •Leading the annual strategic initiatives process for North America where we prioritized focus verticals and came up with high impact ideas for change. Ideas from this project have led to $600M topline revenue impact on an annual basis. Since eBay, I have focused on independent consulting, where my priority is to serve clients using a fact based and thoughtful approach. I believe in listening closely to every individual I work with and working together to get to optimal solutions. Examples of work I have done as an independent consultant include : •Working with a leading luxury skincare brand on their 3 year strategic vision, and on revamping their customer analytics process to derive quick and effective insights from highly fragmented sources of data •Working with a top 10 Independent School in the US on how to keep in-person learning during the pandemic, and on their longer term strategic vision including the purchase of a new campus to expand their offerings

Principal in the Corporate Strategy team, responsible for leading multiple projects with a global impact on eBay’s P&L. Selected examples below Next generation eBay logistics solutions Responsible for leading C-suite sanctioned project on eBay logistics offerings to enhance our competitiveness and meet evolving seller needs with regards to logistics. We developed comprehensive product solutions such as launching a managed delivery offering across 4 priority markets and many user experience improvements as part of this engagement North America growth strategy priority initiatives Led a cross-functional team to identify top 4 verticals to focus on for the NA team in 2020 to achieve revenue goals. As part of the project, we created a detailed analysis of the total market size, market share by competitor and overview of differentiated offerings for eBay. Transitioned these into a detailed week-by-week implementation roadmap of product changes eBay needed to implement for each vertical to achieve its lofty ambitions in NA. Many of these initiatives are now responsible for the rapid acceleration seen by eBay in the last year.
