Our Client is a PE-backed company with a diverse portfolio of brands specializing in various digital services (hosting solutions, e-commerce, SaaS). Our Client is looking for a full-time M&A resource for c. 6 month to support M&A origination, execution, and integration activities with c. 5 years of total experience. - Work directly with Head of M&A - Support strategic fit analysis and evaluation of potential acquisition targets - Manage M&A projects during entire transaction phase (pre-due diligence evaluation, due diligence, review contractual documentation, support signing & closing, PMI preparation, post-closing management) by coordinating internal functional work streams as well as external advisors • Ensure and steer efficient communication amongst all participating stakeholders on various levels of the organization - Previous experience in technology, software/ SaaS a plus *Please indicate your MONTHLY RETAINER in the application (max. 10k EUR/ month, including Fintalent fees) Project Start: 1st or 2nd week of January 2024
