Yann is Managing Partner of BV CAPITAL AFRICA.
Yann was previously Partner – Head of Transactions at PwC Hub Africa since 2010 and Director in the corporate finance department of PwC France from 2006 to 2010.
Before joining PwC, Yann was M&A manager for Europe of Transdev Group subsidiary of the French sovereign fund Caisse des Dépôts. He also held a managing position within KPMG and was a financial analyst at HSBC.
Yann has over 20 years of experience in M&A and Debt Advisory in Europe, North and West Africa. He advised multinational companies, SMEs, Private Equity funds and public companies.
His areas of expertise include : corporate finance, debt advisory, financial engineering and modeling.
Sector expertise: healthcare, energy, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, retail, insurance, startups, construction, transportation, education.
Yann is graduated from la Sorbonne University, ESSEC Business School, Certified European Financial Analyst. He speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.
