About 4.5 years of experience with a boutique healthcare investment banking firm, MTS Health Partners, focused on M&A and product licensing transaction execution as well as private capital raises. My responsibilities include overseeing the creation of strategic materials and pitchbooks for presentation to Management teams and the Board of Directors. I have established strong relationships as a trusted advisor to clients in the mid to small-cap pharma space. My experience extends to various transactions such as buy-side, sell-side, divestitures, and partnership deals, and I have expertise in various financial modeling techniques such as DCFs, merger modeling, LBOs, comparable trading and precedent transactions analysis.
Prior to joining MTS, I spent 3.5 years in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young advising clients primarily in the Life Sciences sector on the valuation of business enterprises and intangible assets with regards to acquisitions and divestitures as well as for financial / tax reporting purposes.
I have also been actively involved in recruiting, developing, and training junior talent.
Academic qualifications include a Masters degree in Molecular and Human Genetics and an MBA in Finance. I have a keen interest in following the latest scientific discoveries and learning about emerging therapeutic modalities.
