Before joining AAAM in 2004 I worked as a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) specialist for and with companies in oil & gas, mining and various other industries. As a Senior Consultant I was responsible for continuous development of client relationships and quality assurance of projects delivered to our clients. This included significant hands-on fieldwork in various countries and industries I've worked in, e.g. Russia, China, India, Vietnam, Nigeria, Angola, Georgia, Zambia. Most of the work was focused on development of relevant sustainability and CSR strategies and hands on implementation. The core of my professional specialty was related to SIA (Social Impact Assessment) for business and public sector organizations.
