I also have a side entrepreneurial experience as I acquired and am a co-owner of 3 hotels and 1 restaurant in the French Alps and Avignon alongside friends and family. Currently investing Fund V totaling €3.8bn of equity commitments Deal sourcing, execution, and asset management for French opportunities. Relevant transactions: - LP Promotion: Acquired a majority stake in a residential real estate developer based in Toulouse in Apr-2021. Conducted the DD process, transactional doc. negotiation and key steps to transaction closing (antitrust, funds flow, financing etc.).
