I specialized in the food/tech sectors, working with Managing Directors in an Associate capacity. I managed 3 analysts and numerous interns, drove business development efforts, executed live sell-side transactions, and pitched new mandates regularly. Notable transactional experience includes leading a +$100M sell-side mandate from pitching through LOIs and diligence for a leading B2B ingredients provider. Notable transactional experience includes leading the creation of a teaser, CIM, management presentation, and select buyer outreach for the $29M sale of an air purification product manufacturer to a financial sponsor. I worked hand and hand with the client CFO to build a financial model accentuating EBITDA margin expansion opportunities via a D2C E-commerce sales focus. I also worked one-on-one with my Managing Director to lead a $54M Nasdaq IPO and subsequent $176M acquisition for GAN Ltd., an online gaming and sports betting company. I created the roadshow materials highlighting key market share capture while participating in +50 presentations with private equity investors. I later led a $97M follow-on equity offering for GAN Ltd., providing a congruent fairness opinion including preparing a pro-forma accretion/dilution analysis and a DCF sensitized around synergies. Freelance Financial Consultant
I worked as a freelance financial consultant advising a Pickle Ball startup business in Costa Rica through a $500K structured loan for land acquisition and a $1M equity raise to build out their facility. I developed a financial operating model, inclusive of a detailed revenue build and P&L, cash flow statement, and balance sheet with 5-year projections. The dynamic operating model allowed the client to toggle between different loan terms and equity investment amounts as well as revenue inputs to understand the impact on their cash flow and profitability. Congruently, I created a dynamic and detailed valuation analysis attached to the operating model, inclusive of a comparable companies analysis and DCF analysis to understand preliminary valuation and equity investor stakes. Finally, I created a pitch deck inclusive of market research and opportunity in the Pickle Ball space, as well as management highlight and experience and the greater financial operating model, leading to a successful term loan close and equity raise close.
