With 6+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance, advised leading US and European mid-market Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies – ranging from €100 million to €1 billion AUM. Led and executed multiple end-to-end projects with different levels of complexity – from developing IMs and Valuation models (e.g., DCFs, Trading Multiples, Transaction Multiples, and LBO valuation techniques), to work as the Strategic Finance partner in several PE- and VC-backed companies.

Also worked side-by-side with a former Boston Consulting Group project leader in a multitude of projects mostly focused in leveraging the decision-making.

More recently, I have been collaborating closely with the Founders and CEOs in addressing complex financial and strategic issues – spanning from performing a strategic finance partner role, to assuming a transactional-focused role in M&A and capital raising projects.
