Ilya is a management and M&A professional with experience in buy & build projects in Germany. Last 8 years, he has been working on healthcare buy & build projects in Germany and worldwide in M&A and restructurings as well as in management with a significant staff and multimillion P&L responsibility. During this time, Ilya has collected vast experience, developed strong technical and soft skills as well as a deep understanding of all sides of M&A and management decision making process and of people involved.
