My primary responsibilities include running M&A transactions and developing and executing on the strategic plan for Henry Schein Medical, HSIC's $2.5b physician office distribution business. I am responsible for building models, developing the deal structure, drafting letters of intent, managing due diligence processes, drafting and supporting memorandums to our investment committee, working with our attorneys on drafting definitive transaction agreements, closing the transaction, and drafting communications to stakeholders. I primarily focus my time with HSIC's medical senior leadership team on developing a pipeline, executing medical transactions, and developing / executing the business's strategic and tactical plan.
