Graf & Esrefoglu is a boutique consultancy focused on M&A and strategic advisory for start-ups, corporations, PEs & consulting firms with a sector focus on technology & software, digital transformation, financial services, manufacturing, building construction and food. Combined we have over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory and strategy development gained in over 70 projects at companies like KPMG, Deloitte, L.E.K., UBS, BNP and other well-known strategy consultancies in Germany. Our services include: - M&A Advisory: full-scope M&A process incl. pre-deal screening, preparation of investor documents, due diligence, company valuation and modeling, negotiation and PMI. - Strategy development: growth strategy, competitive benchmarking, market sizing, go-to-market strategy and business case calculation. Among others we have advised major private equity firms and corporations such as VR Equity Partner, Elliott Management, IK Partners, EMZ Partners, Paragon, Warburg Pincus, Adagia, Liberta Partners, Meyer Burger, Hillenbrand and Heraeus in their M&A activities and strategic transformations projects. Due to our strong personal network and relationships to agencies we are able to quickly build a strong team on an ad hoc basis and access high-caliber sector experts if required
